Scrap Buy Back Program


Material to buy back
Foamacell USA offers a scrap buyback program for Foam PVC Sheet. The material includes Foamacell products and competitors manufactured foam PVC sheet. Foamacell will buy back the clean unprinted scrap and printed. While credit will only be given for the “clean” unprinted scrap we will accept back printed and laminated Foam PVC Sheet scrap as well.

Storage
At each location 48” gay lords should be used to collect the scrap sheets. Separate the clean scrap from the printed scrap. Scrap will be picked up when 22 tons (40 foot truck load) is accumulated. All scrap must be kept dry and clean.

Logistics
PESI will pick up containers from each location and incur all freight charges back to our factory.

Reimbursements
After the returned material is received, qualified, and weighed at the factory a credit will be issued to the customer within 90 days.

Clean scrap will be credited at $0.05/lb.

Printed scrap will be used to help fill the container for returning and will be cleaned and reprocessed into regrind floor board. The cost of return freight pays for the return value including the value of keeping scrap out of the landfills as well as the cost to landfill.

Scrap usage
The scrap that is purchased back will be processed and extruded into a new Green recycled Foamacell Foam PVC sheet and floor board with wood laminated to the top surface that will be sold in the United States and around the world. See product below.
